Ingredients:

  • 1lb of ground wild boar sausage
  • 24 oz  velveeta cheese
  • 2 reg. cans of Rotel / diced tomatoes w/green chilies
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
It’s just a few hours before you’re supposed to be at the party and as you’re getting ready you realize that you forgot you had to bring something to add to the party spread! You could run to the store and buy some over priced party platter that is full of processed garbage…OR you could pull out a pound of ground boar sausage and prepare the simplest, most ROCK YOUR FACE PARTY DISH EVER!!!….Ok, I may be going a tad bit over board, but seriously this dish is so easy and sooooo goooodddd! I could seriously eat this 3 times a day.  Also keep in mind that you can substitute this dish with really anything ground (venison, turkey, elk, bear etc). Anyway enough about that here’s how ya make it!

Directions:

  • Brown 1lb of wild boar sausage in a skillet (drain the grease) and place into a slow cooker (if you have slow cooker liners..USE THEM!!)
  • Add 2 cans of Rotel
  • Add 24 oz of Velveeta Cheese, cut the block of cheese into 1″ cubes (this helps it melt faster)
  • Add 1 – 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Toss mixture together
  • Place lid on slow cooker and turn to low
  • Stir mixture every 10 min until mixture is completely melted and warmed all the way through
  • Enjoy!
