• 2 cups oats (I used old fashioned)
  • 2 scoops MTN OPS Magnum chocolate malt protein powder
  • 3/4 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate or semi sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia seeds

Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls!

My wife and I wanted to meal prep some snacks for the week that were full of protein, healthy and sweet enough to curb our sweet cravings! We started throwing together some ingredients we love until we got the perfect consistency to make balls, and BAM! These were born. We utilized MTN OPS Whey protein powder mix as well to create these protein balls! Make a bunch in advance to keep at home or in your lunch box at work so you don’t over indulge when the going gets tough! This batch makes approximately 26-30 balls.


  • Melt peanut butter in microwave for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Mix all ingredients together well (may need to use your hands to get it mixed good).
  • Tightly form into balls!

  • If they are wet, place them in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes. Mine were perfectly stuck together… and ready to eat immediately!
  • Try not to eat them all at once!
